    Q: What is your return policy?

    A: Because these books come with audio CDs, returns are only accepted (within 30 days of the invoice) if the CD seal has not been broken. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required from Command Spanish®, Inc.
    Q: If I prefer training, is that available?

    A: The books are self-instructional. However, if you are interested in occupational Spanish training in a specific field, contact us and we will give you a list of providers in your area.
